The Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands –PLOCAN- public consortium, in cooperation with the Norwegian company Christian Michelsen Research-CMR- represented in Spain by Grafinta SA, performs a technological and scientific mission in the Canary Islands northern waters by the Sailbuoy, the latest generation on autonomous marine vehicles.
On Monday 12th November, 2012, at PLOCAN headquarters in Taliarte, Telde (Gran Canaria), the Norwegian company Christian Michelsen Research –CMR-, through Mr. David Peddie, will present its autonomous device for ocean observations, Sailbuoy.
