Paolo Favali, Coordinator of the Project EMSO (European Multidisplinary Seafloor Observatory) - in preparatory phase, visited PLOCAN, on March 29th.
On March 23rd, 2010 at the sixth European Conference on Research Infrastructures (ECRI-2010), PLOCAN (Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands) was presented during the public events related to the Spanish Presidency of the European Union. The Gran Telescopio CANARIAS (GTC) was one of the other six infrastructures included in the presentations.
